How do I book a stylist for my bridal appointments?

Head to the contact section on our homepage navigation bar and complete the contact form. Select In-Person Consult and leave a message requesting that you would like a “VOS Guide to accompany you to a recommended retailer”. Or visit our styling page and select “Book an appointment.”


How long does an online consultation take?

An online consult will take up to 40 mins depending on our client’s needs. Please prepare to meet with our team for that allotted time frame.


Do you offer concierge services for my actual wedding day?

We absolutely love bridal consulting, but we adore seeing our brides walk down the aisle just as much! Our “Day-of” offerings include: Around the clock white-glove service. Making sure the bride maintains near perfection before, during, and after the ceremony. The small touch-ups to your bridal wear and accessories can make all the difference, when you look back on these memories. For your big day, our team will provide refreshments for your personal care along with other crafty extras just in case you need a minor fix to your outfit. In other words, we will be there to make sure you don’t miss a beat.


 

What is the process for dress selection and purchasing?

At VOS, we approach bridal styling meticulously. First, you will have a consult to review your style guide. This process starts with a meet-and-greet and continues with an in-depth consult. Once your bridal style is determined, we’ll select the top silhouettes and source the best boutiques for you to begin your search.

VOS Guide: Our team can schedule a day and time to accompany the bride as a guest in the bridal boutique. Upon arrival, we provide assistance to the sales team by providing them with a style guide, helping you to pull the looks that the bride will love, and matching our expertise with the staff’s during a fitting. This streamlines the process so that the bride can enjoy the shopping experience and prepare to purchase a selection from the recommended retailer.


What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that brides please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before their appointment. Appointments canceled before this 48 hr window will be fully refunded. Clients who miss a scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee, as it is an inconvenience to clients who may have wanted the time slot and to our personal stylists.


Do you style for just weddings or other events too?

We mainly style for bridal ceremonies. If you have a special event for industry that you need styling services for, please contact us directly at hi@vowsofstyle.com for a custom consult.
